At Snobike we pride ourselves on the quality product we turn out. An in-house inspector inspects all work before it leaves the plant. Our inspection equipment is state of the art to keep up with our precision production machines. The equipment list includes our Browne and Sharpe Coordinate Measuring Machine as well as multiple optical comparators with Deltronic DROs and surface plates equipped with Numerex digital height gauges. Also on the list is a wide variety of indicators, micrometers, Jo-blocks, gauge pins, and english and metric plug and ring thread gauges. All our inspection equipment is in house, ready to use and calibrated every six months by Quality Technology.
